It's crazy here. Our lists become longer lists even as we cross out things we've done. The lawn, the cats, the BILLS!!!!, the mail, etc,etc, etc. Vicki says she's only going to do laundry one more time. Then she gets a stain on her white pants. We'll see.
Saturday - fill the mower tank, takeout the air conditioner, clean the car. Test out the new netbook: e-mail, transfer contacts over manually, get favorite websites, how do I work this blogspot. The mail just came - more bills to get paid.
Did we tell you? Doug is having a partial knee replacement (right) on the 15th of October, and then the left on the 22nd of December. Hapy Birthday and Merry Christmas!!
Sunday - Vicki and I go to Starbucks for our weekly latte and to read the Sunday paper. We take the new netbook along. Lo and behold, it turns on, finds the WiFi spot, and we can get on the internet. We hope it is this easy in Canada. Most of the B&B's we'll be staying at have internet capabilities.
Charles has just called us and he is going camping in Bath, Maine, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Guess who we're having lobster dinner with Tuesday night? More on this when we update you Wednesday from St. John, New Brunswick.
Monday - the alarm went off for my last day at work for a while. It was busier than I thought it would be at Bristol's. Vicki has her clothes laid out and is going for a pedicure. I will start packing as soon as I finish this update.
Our trip to the Atlantic Maritimes of Canada will begin tomorrow moning, Sept. 7th. I'm sure I'll be asking "WHICH WAY?" more than once. We'll talk to you again in a couple of days.
